Delivery Information

We offer Free Packaging of all items and Free Postage of The Massage Company’s gift vouchers; Postage of all other products is additional. Gift vouchers are sent separately to any other items in your order, to the shipping address you specify.

Items are normally posted by Royal Mail Recorded and will require a signature on delivery. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days, subject to the item being in stock. We may deliver your order in several consignments at no extra charge to you. We have found that most items arrive within 72 hours, however please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery.
